When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Most mainland UK deliveries are processed within 2-5 working days. For larger items, delivery is arranged via specialist furniture couriers, and you’ll be contacted once your order is ready to schedule delivery.

Can I Return my product?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Due to the size of our egg chairs, return delivery costs may apply. Please contact our support team before arranging any return.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

If your item (or any part of it) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
